The 17 Bottles Of project began with Urs and Sig and a bunch of other people in 1999. Unfortunately, the original, in a blue spiral notebook, has vanished. It was a fun project, though, so we're starting over. Hopefully this one will be a bit harder to misplace.
2011 UPDATE: Word on the streets is that the J.Mo. has located the notebook and has it in her possession. We'd love to see it some day...

Yay for remodeling. My big project at the moment is much smaller. I'm sanding down a super ugly stand for a 55 gallon aquarium (4 feet long!), which I then plan to paint black. I've never really done anything like this before, though, so I'm having fun with it, working on it in the evenings after all my meetings and bullshit but before it gets dark out. :)
Awesome! I am not the one actually doing the sweet job of putting a door in our house.. that would be scary and not end well. Besides, I'm too busy with the garden. And removing some of our carpet so we can enjoy the hardwood floors.
Post some photos of your aquarium stand when you're done! Do you have the fish already or are you setting it up after you have the stand finished?
